Today I mixed pineapple, celery, lime. It’s suppose to be good .. the taste was not bad.

It’s what I call a smoot-tea: 1 cup brewed tea, 1 cup fresh fruit (this morning was plums), flax seed, maca root, and if I’m in the mood pea protein powder (one scoop). This morning was protein powder free because I forgot and it’s pretty satisfying either way. The plums were also a bit tart so I threw in some cinnamon to round it out.

I bought Maca powder which I plan on taking Tomorrow morning. Ty for letting me know the nutrients to your delicious shake.

I need more shakes in my life. lol. I've stepped back from my smoothies. I think I need them again.

My smoothie recipe is 3/4 c of fat free or 1% greek yogurt. 1c of frozen strawberries,1/2 cup of almond milk. soooo good!
