For vanity I prefer the look of plump smooth young looking skin.
Weight loss chucks tbat out of the window.
For my health I would rather be loose skinned and lumpy wrinkly ... at least on the way through to perfection ;)
For my sanity I avoid the mirror. The two ideals do not connect other than in my head.
