In the past I have failed miserably at tracking my food and weight. However, I’ve noticed that in the 3 years I’ve been back in The States I’ve slowly crept up to a weight that makes me unhappy, self conscious, and frumpy. I eat healthy and take care of myself when living abroad; there is no excuse for not doing the same here. So I’m taking responsibility for my bad habits and resolving to change them.
