Now on my 3rd week. Started at 162lbs, never bn this heavy. Im 5ft 1in, so any extra weight I put on is visible. Im not great at technology lol, Im rubbish lol, total old fashioned, the kids will say, mum its easy its no rocket science lol. Anyhoo, just wanted to say hi, n generally get a wee bit of a hand with this, if thats ok. Gonna start meal planning from monday, to make it a bit easier x
