I am so rubbish at this wee journal, took me 3 goes to get it started. Anyhoo, spent most of the day getting nowhere fast, got a food shop, actually wrote a list yeah, tomorrow will be spent making, lasagne, chicken curry, mince, stew, spicy chicken( for wraps or stiryfry) extra tomato based sauces, extra cheese sauce, n even gonna try n decide, what to have what night.( I portion it all up, freeze it, then take out freezer night b4) that way I shoudnt make excuses to myself, well thats the plan.
