Well been off a week pigged out every day and feel so bloated and basically rough Shocked how easy it is to slip back into terrible habits Although it was a conscious decision to take a week off and enjoy the week at home with the kids it's actually had a huge effect in how I feel physically and mentally I've learnt that my diet and exercise is not just a means to an end but it has to be a total lifestyle now and forever I've not been near the scales exercised or calorie counted all week and I can feel the ill effects of that choice So my advice to all is have a cheat day every now and then as it's good for the soul and belly lol. But Not a cheat week! It'll take me a month to get back to where a was Although in the long term scheme of things that's just a drop in the bucket Rant over Enjoy the weekend all but not to much '))
