feel so disheartened weight has stopped I know only been a week but I've not had a take away or wine all last month. Not sure if to shake up diet maybe little and often now I'm trying to stick to 1500 a day but in 3 meals with a snack really hoping can get weight moving again

I keep going up and down on my original weight but just keep going chin up we can crack this x

I think most people lose big in first week or 2 then it seems to go slow. Its hard when your doing your best and no results but if you keep determined and make sure you record everything even over estimate sometimes you will slowly start to see results I am sure. I seem to try so hard yet only get weighed once per week on a Monday and only see 1 pound loss after a weeks hard work. Stick at it you can do this .

don't give up it could be water retention as others have said write down what you eat keep going x

My advice to you and everyone else one here is stop!!!! Just stop! Stop weighing your self Weigh yourself once a month only Stick to your diet and if you go over your calories on the weekend go under them on Monday and Tuesday

Yeah think over thinking I decided to have a take away as been painting all day but back at it and my first one this year. Didnt enjoy as much as I hoped but it's out of my system now and I do need to stay off scales as much it's constant and its getting me down

Sometimes you can try too hard! Just watch your calories and give yourself a chance your weight will go down in it’s own time so don’t get disheartened 👍
