A beautiful Sunday morning! A friend noticed my weight loss yesterday. It has been a while since she last saw me so it was good news. I’ll try it not to make me overconfident (it has happened before: people compliment me and I start “rewarding myself” with disastrous consequences) and continue on my quest. Next steps? I bought myself some good bathroom scales to monitor progress. My triumph yesterday: at a volunteering group I opted for the healthy meal option and did not have one of those delicious mince pies (they are my weakness). I hope I will continue on the right path!
