And to everyone with a significant amount to lose... loads of little challenges helps! Try aiming for the next half a stone off... it really keeps you motivated moving the goalpost by a smaller amount rather than thinking "god I've god x stones still to go" and keep looking back at your progress too. You can ALL do it, especially if I can with my major sweet tooth!
