Trying to find something filling for breakfast..any suggestions welcome😊

overnight oats, porridge with banana, omelete or fritatta or oat pancakes are my go to staples

I'm loving overnight oats with almond milk. can add a lot of different things to it.

I saw a recipe on Facebook. banana pancakes. 2 mashed bananas 2 eggs cup of oats add blueberries /chocolate chip / nothing /whatever. fry. looked good.

A wholemeal roll with 2 fried eggs (I use a 1 calorie olive oil spray on the pan - 2 or 3 squirts) comes in at around 330 calories and is super filling.

Frittata bulked up with quark low fat cheese (around 18 calories per 30g) with spring onions and some smoked salmon is lovely and less than 200 calories a serving.

Avocado cottage cheese and tomato. If you need carbs add ryvita.

Personally I find boiled egg on rye bread the best thing to fill me up and being a binge eater there’s not much that I can tell you does that!!
