Cottage Cheese Casserole
A cottage cheese casserole made in oven. Absolutely healthy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat over for 200 °C.
- Mix all ingredients together, except cinnamon.
- Pour into baking tray, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30-40 minutes until ready.

Reviews
Although I hadn't got all the ingredients, I decided to have a go at this recipe and was really pleased with the result.
I used polenta and coarse oatmeal instead of semolina and wheat bran and I only made half the quantity, using 2 eggs, baking for 30 minutes.
As this was for a main meal, I served it with home made ratatouille and steamed kale.
The result was a very filling and satisfying meal.
