Directions
- Prepare the marinade in an oven proof dish. Combine the garlic, mango chutney, ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey.
- When ready to cook, set oven to 200/180 fan and add salmon fillets to marinade, and leave in fridge for 15-30mins.
- Transfer to hot oven for 25-30mins. You can use a spoon to drizzle marinade over salmon half way.
- Serve and enjoy!
