Mac N Cheese

Homemade macaroni and cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir until combined. Add milk and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add ground mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir pasta into sauce and serve.
