With rolled oats, dates and banana, these are delicious and healthy cookies.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the pre-heated oven, or until lightly brown.

Very Tasty. Next time I would add a little Splenda to add more sweetness (personal preference). They seemed a bit oily, so I'd play around with using less oil next time too.
