I see your weekly updates but is everything going to plan in general?

Sort of :) My main long term goal/plan was to put my weight back on (muscle), but over the years, I've found it a lot harder to do. Carb'ing up for 13 weeks was tough. Trying to consume extra 'clean' calories is never an easy job. So I guess I can say yes, everything is going in the right direction. I'm always happy with any weight I report on here, on a weekly basis. I train real hard so my weight fluctuates daily. How about you? You all well and good?

I'm well thanks. Finally getting some movement in the right direction after the stresses of getting married and moving house have faded. Have fun!
