Note to self: 4 days gym this week. My Last day of extra carb'ing up. No more 500 extra daily calories.
Reducing the food intake from next week for 13 weeks to get ready for summer.
76 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 76 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

Any specific plans for Summer?

Hey Phooka, Not booked any time off yet, but planning on going Austria to see some family around the end of May. And possibly a trip abroad for a couple of weeks in late August/early September.
