Weight has risen a bit, and not that surprised as it isn't my food as much as my mood which isn't quite right for losing weight on.

This number is now behind an upward trend though, but not enough to change the recorded weight yet.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 44.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

But not a gain ARB. You have lost a huge amount since you started, so a big well done so far 😁

Yes it is a gain as it was 163.0 meaning 162.0, but now it is 163.0 meaning 163.6 and if it goes to 164.1 then I will record 163.1 but if it turns out to be partly late night eating and saltier food it may not get to that.

ARB i must have had a harder week than i thought. You have sort of lost me. So have you gained a pound? 😕

Hehehe. Yes but I've explained how I log weights before. I only record a loss if I can actually see the number below it on the scales.. but then if that number rises a bit I don't change my recorded weight as it could be a fluctuation - keeping the number 1lb behind the direction means I wouldn't record a gain until I get above 164 in this case - basically this allows me to track the sustained weight rather than anything very temporary.

Also - I haven't yet decided what to do when I see 160.0 on the scales.. I might make that the rare occasion where I'd record a number as soon as I see it (but then try very hard not to make it a fluctuation) - as it goes I've got a bit longer to ponder what to do then ;-)

Ha ha, I also seem to have the quandary of what weight to record at the moment. My solution is generally: do whatever motivates you best!
