Gained 5lb because I have been stuffing myself with food. I do not know why I do that. Swopping and changing diets thinking I could do better on another diet I suppose. Think positive. Now I know I self sabotage, maybe there is a way of beating this treadmill of lose half a stone, gain nine pounds.
