I survived a week of barbecues, restaurant meals, family visits and Easter.

Feeling strong, and today I have a BMI of 24.9 (Healthy).

Onwards and upwards.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
