Had told myself all week that i'd see a gain this week after losing an insane 3kg last week.

Modest loss of 0.6kg, but very happy.

Running 4 weeks ahead of "schedule", should reach target by 23rd May.

-- Clothes starting to feel "too baggy" but i'm going to abstain from buying anything until I hit target. So out comes the sewing machine.

Starting to feel like myself again. So happy.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats the way to look at it, stay positive no matter what. Its nice when you can tighten the proverbial belt. :)
