1st week complete.

Weeks goals: 40mins daily activity (~400kcal), and 1000kcal total deficit.

Less meat and carbs; more pulses and vegetables.

Probably starting a "meat-lite" diet.

Feeling less bloated, clothes a little less tight.

Onwards and upwards.

95.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
