Finally all my hard work is starting to pay off ..... It's very inspiring when the weight actually comes off!! Lettuce for lunch and dinner it is them... Haha!
75.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
