Note to self: only 3 days gym this week, medium weights. Took some time off from the gym after 33 straight days of exercise (fitness competition. I came in at 31st place out of 1288 participants).
76.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 76.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks tttaa, I am pleased. I found it tough training for 33 days straight. I managed to burn 39000 calories during exercise only. I’m also glad that I didn’t loose too much weight, my fat percentage has come down a lot too which is more great news. 😃

Thank you Anne_145 for the lovely comments. Yes, I’ve been sporting the “note to self…” for a long time. Lol. It helps me keep track of my progress so I can monitor how I’m getting on and also to help others where needed. 😊
