Note to self: 6 days gym this week. Medium weights, cardio and HIIT sessions. Average daily calories burn was 1200 approx during exercises. One great evening out with the lads yesterday after a long time, with Lots of food and beer (I felt crap afterwards though). 🤔
78.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 78.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
