Day 6 of "refeed" following diet end.

Weight has been static at ~80kg for 5 days.

Expect to end up 80-81kg, once weight training restarts.

So...

Start: 92.5kg @ >20% BF
End: 81kg @ ~10% BF
80.3 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
