One of my all time favourite lunches! Packed with protein & low in carb if you’re looking for that! Iceberg lettuce, pepper, chopped jalapeños, 3 boiled eggs, 2 mini chicken fillets, topped with mayonnaise & sweet chilli sauce!

Thank you Yasmine! If you want to give them a go, boil the water on a high heat & then gently lower the eggs in. Keep the water boiling on a high heat & cook the eggs for 9 minutes! They turn out great, hope you enjoy if you give them a go!
