Today's weigh-in (compared to 18 days ago - 29th August 2017)
weight 68.0kg (-1.2kg)
fat 17.5% = 11.9kg (-0.1kg)
water 53.5% = 36.4kg (-1.0kg)

Mostly a water loss (due to last night's wine) but there is that 0.1kg of fat loss too...
68 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
