I'm feeling more energised today. When I ate for 2 days - Fri & Sat - I put on 2.5 kilos. In the past this would have taken several days of fasting to remove. When I got on the scale this morning, it was gone. I remained in ketosis all the time.
I'm eating today. We had some tomatoes in our veg box on Friday and they are little balls of flavour. I was making a tomato risotto for the others and before I thought about it I had eaten 5 cherry tomatoes, so I thought that I may as well eat.
I've had a salad - and left half of it - I'll finish later with added eggs probably. I soaked the tomatoes earlier in pepper and cider vinegar then poured the liquid over the lettuce, added the other stuff - and it was good.
I might stick with the alternate days this week as the eating for 2 days made me feel rough, and I'll look again later in the week.
