Minitata the fasting program that I use says fasting 2 days in a row is a no no. It makes your body go into starvation mode. Which means you gain it back faster. I see that you only have 23.1 lbs to go. So you might try lowering your calories a little and adding a little more activity. Keep up the good work.

I'm doing 3 days this week - I'll eat on Friday - then try alternate day (probably). I'm shaking things up a bit and confusing my metabolism.

I am, the difference in my health since I started fasting is amazing. I find that mixing up my metabolism helps. I've spent over 35 years losing and regaining weight with low calorie and low fat. I lost quite a bit with low carb, but to finish off I need to fast. Thanks for your comments - it's always nice to know someone's got your back :)
