Fasting today.

I'm not very well, I've been spending the day sat on the bed. I ate a lot of food on Friday and Saturday as I've been being told on a Facebook site that I need to eat more on my eating days. It's been a struggle too, I just don't want to eat as much food. I left part of my lunch - froze the liver and bacon and threw the cauliflower into the compost - I don't think I've ever done that before. I'm going to stick to eating less on fasting days and just keep mixing up how often I do them.

I just don't think it works to try to dance to someone else's tune - I'm just too used to trying to please people. I must stop it.

If we listen to our hunger, it lets us know when to eat. My first go round of keto, I was eating around 1,050 calories some days and struggling to eat that much. Other days I'd eat above maintenance and still feel starved. It mellowed out in the end.
