Up and at 'em this morning so no weigh in - I'm fasting again - partly because I ate too much yesterday - cheese & veg - ho hum.

We noticed this morning that I've developed a waist - which makes me look bustier than I was, Tony took a picture so I've reproduced it here - the cat refused to have his picture taken with me though.

These trousers are a size 16, last time I wore them - about 2-3 weeks ago - they were tight, they're not now. Fasting really does help with actual fat loss - though having a whoosh helps

It's a metal cat - it sways in the wind - but we've lost the tail, it's in the garage somewhere.
