Totally ashamed!!

So sorry buddies but for the last 2 days i have been eating too much sugary stuff and i was/am a sugar addict! I have gone completely off my healthy eating. I think some of it is down to my hormones and cravings, but i know that i have lost some of my self control. I was doing so well and i feel really bad this morning. Especially as the scales are showing a 2.1 pound gain! I haven't been this bad since Christmas, so i am really going to have to get back to healthy eating and logging everything i eat. I haven't logged my foods properly for 2 days either and i have eaten considerably more on Thursday and Friday, more than what is showing. I have eaten cakes, sweets and biscuits as they have been around in abundance at work. I have been so proud of myself in the past for saying no i don't eat as much sugar, so i have really let myself down.

So buddies if you want to tell me off i totally deserve it as i have to get out of this sugar binge. I feel like it's sugar anonymous SA and i have just stood in front of you all and admitted my guilt!

Well It looks like spell on the naughty step is due. In reality it's no biggie. Overall picture the odd blip is nothing. Please do try quickly and back on your normal diet routine and don't continue with all the sugary stuff.

I don't think we need to tell you off. You've admitted that you've messed up, opened up to us about the damage you've done to your weight loss and I suspect that's probably enough to get you back on track. You've been doing so well so look back at what you were eating and make a plan for the coming week. Even log it in advance. That can help a lot too. Maybe, just maybe log the actual weight so you can see you slipped up. Chin up and back to it! x

Yep, we all do it. Not always sugar but everyone has their temptations. I try to gradually get back on track when I go off the rails. You know that saying 'one day at a time' I say 'one treat at a time'

Well, overall I don't think you should stress over this. Lets face it we've all done it. At least you are aware and can do something about it. I think realising does soon get you back into focus again. Be strong and I'm certain you will be back on track today x

Admitting you have a problem is the first step in correcting it. I saw a meme today that said, "Realizing you're an adult means you can get in your car and go get cake. Any. Time. You. Want. To." LOL! However, I'd add, "And resisting the temptation, because you're an adult."
