I have changed my goal weight, rather than trying to loose 6.5 stone (91 lbs) in one go, I have set my first goal to lose 2.5 stone (35 lbs) then when I achieve that goal, I will go for the next one, another 2 stone. Hoping this will be easier, my reward for each stage - new clothes :-) so 16 stone - here I come, already lost 5 of 35 pounds.

Well done, that's what I do as the thought of needing to lose 155lb in one go was too big to imagine so I set mini goals in my head. Keep going , you will get there.

Nice start and an excellent idea! I keep my mini goals in my head like Sharryanna but by setting them here, you get to see the different colours of "weight-ticker" sooner on your weight history which has to be motivation in anyone's book! Best of luck!

Well done. That's a great strategy, I especially like the rewards part. I'm saving up to go to a health spa for when I hit my main goal weight. I might buy myself a dress for each smaller target I hit, I love dresses but don't have many (I hate my legs at the minute!)

Thank you everyone for your support. I changed my goal on here as it is much more motivating and I feel closer to my target. The bar hardly moved before with my weight loss, but since I changed my goal, I can now see it going down, surprising what a difference that makes. My motivation is higher. :-)
