Very bad day. I went over my calorie allowance by 100 which doesn't sound a lot but feels too much. A friend of mine passed away yesterday (7th) but only got told today... so feeling very low and when I feel low mood... I eat :-(

Ditto Sharryanna's advice. Don't be too tough on yourself. 100 calories really is nothing and we are all human, after all.

So sorry to hear your sad news but the others are right and you should be kind to yourself. 100 is nothing, blips happen, move on - you'll learn from this, just be positive.
