Nice gain! You must be pleased. I bet you're seeing all of us worrying about Xmas treats (or not worrying, just eating and moaning about having given in) and wondering why it's stacked against you the other way. Have a great Xmas 🎄

Hi Phooka, sorry for the late reply. I hope you had an excellent xmas too. Thank you for your support, it truly means a lot. Yes, I am pleased about the little weight gain I made, I do find it hard to maintain/keep it on. I fully support everyone's goals to lose weight, and I can fully appreciate that its not easy. I myself do try and eat clean 80% of the time, and I sometimes indulge on some treats occasionally. It's great to be surrounded by like minded people like yourself, and I feel the best we can do, is support each other and release some positive vibes. :)
