Oh well one week off my LCHF diet and one missed gym session. I’ve gained 600 grams. I suppose it could have been worse. Back in the saddle today and off to the gym this afternoon. My cold I am glad to say has just about gone.

If you're over your cold, you'll be able to go to the gym and you'll recoup the gain in no time. Take care!

600g.. such a little bit! Gym, what Gym ?? I've got a friend called Jim so will I be ok? Oh dear Windlepoones, I am so not fit. Maybe I'm fit to drop ? Keep going buddy, you sound so upbeat 💯
