I got it wrong today as far as LCHF diet goes, but the sun was shining and Sunday lunch on the patio was excellent.

I knew the day was going to be wrecked regarding my diet, (A carb fest) so I helped toward making up for it with; 40 mins brisk walking and 40 mins anaerobic exercising at my local park’s public open air gym. A very useful facility, but only when it’s not raining.

It's my second day of experimenting at breakfast with a homemade “Bullet proof” coffee. If the last two days are a predictor of the results, it could become a regular with me. Being able to skip breakfast and not be hungry was cool. I easily lasted out until lunch time.

Great thanks, but now I now have a few extra aches where I have exercised different muscles groups than I normally do on the torture equipment at the indoor private gym. Lol

When you fall off the wagon, just get up and get straight back on again! Bulletproof coffee is awesome :)

There are lots of ways to make BPC. Most people use coconut oil and butter from grass fed cows. http://lowcarbediem.com/low-carb-bulletproof-coffee-recipes-intermittent-fasting/

I only drink decaff coffee without milk or sugar. The thought of coconut oil or butter in a drink fill me with dread!! But whatever floats your boat.

I know it sounds pretty strange but it is actually awesome. You blend the butter and oil into it with a hand blender and it ends up all frothy like a cappuccino. If you are on a low carb high fat diet, it boosts you fat intake and can keep you feeling full and energised for hours.
