Tried Quinoa for the first time tonight! Was lovely, I used one oxo chicken stock cube for the water to add a bit more flavour & then drizzled the juice from my chicken thighs on top! Was lovely, completely recommend! About 615 calories!

When does everyone choose to do their weigh ins? Is it in the morning or in the evening after you’ve had a day of eating? I’m trying to plan a day where I can have a weekly weigh in but I don’t know what works best?
