What is everyone’s favourite snacks to have when you’re feeling peckish? At the moment I’m loving peanut butter & banana on toast (brown bread) which isn’t too bad but I know peanut butter is reasonably high in fat & I’m trying to be on a low carb diet... any suggestions would help?

No cheat day this week! I WILL get this summer body in time for my beach holiday in August! Exactly 6 months to go, let’s see where I get to!

Lost just over 1kg in 13 days! I’m quite surprised that it’s so much as I had a bad weekend on Saturday & cheated on a dominos & it’s also my first time dieting! Let’s hope the progress continues!

Nervous but excited for my weigh in tomorrow morning. This is the first time I’ve dieted/tracked calories & my weight so I’m not expecting loads as I’m still learning, let’s hope for good results though!
I have exactly 6 months until my holiday & I want to lose at least 10kg by then, fingers crossed! Any tips of course welcome x

I’ve has such a healthy & good few days this week! Feel like I’m really getting on top of my new diet/lifestyle, especially being new to it all! Let’s hope the weigh in on Monday proves I’m on the right track!
