Three poached eggs with spinach (both seasoned with salt & pepper), with a black coffee to drink - 230 calories!
I had this along with a rice cake with peanut butter (making the meal 360 calories) after my run this morning, great sauce of protein & iron!

So nervous for my weigh in on Saturday... I’ve been so inactive this week because of personal things happening so I’ve not been as active as normal. Hopefully today’s 3 hours of dance & a run & ab workout tomorrow will help shed something; fingers crossed (& abs clenched!)

Had a great dinner of quinoa & chicken stir fry (with no noodles) making it just 450 calories! I would have shared a photo but of course I didn’t post it straight away & it deleted itself 😑

I’m loving black coffee & tea at the moment, with just one sweetener! I have completely given up milk apart from my cereal & it’s great. When I do have milk it’s always soya because I feel like it makes my cereal sweeter so I wouldn’t need as much sugar as I normally would’ve had. I have one teaspoon of sweetener on top of my weetabix in the morning! Definitely worth a try!!
