I have not been doing very well with my motivation and weight loss lately.

I joined some challenges in the hope that they would motivate me and they were working great but i am been ill since the weekend and have been unable to keep up with them.. My energy levels have been really low so I have not felt like exercising for any period of time let alone 30 mins a day. My appetite has deminished over the last couple of days so I have only been eating what i fancy and when. I have been so tired and feeling lethargic.

I am on some stronger medicine now so hopefully in the next couple of days I will improve and I will be able to get back to exercising. My aim for today and the next few days is to try and do a food diary with foods that will boost my energy levels.

I wont be weighing in now till the 1st sat if april. That will give me the time to catch up and hopefully come out with a weight loss.
