I've had a bad afternoon. my disabled husband has been in a bad mood and taking everything out on me and calling me hurtful names. so the 5 mile walk and weight training I did this morning went down the drain and I ended up eating 3 penguins in secret to make me feel better. I'm not happy with myself. I'm going to take my frustration on the cross trainer in a minute and burn off the chocolate and anything else. He will not get to me like that again!

As of Friday I have increased my water consumption. Ive found out I do not drink enough. I usually only have a herbal tea at lunch time, a cup of tea at dinner and a pint of squash in the evening and that is it.
I have been advised to drink a min of 2 litres a day. I have downloaded a app on my phone call watrer my body which keeps a record of what I am drinking and reminds me to drink.
I will see in a weeks time if it makes any difference to my weight. I hoping for a weight loss and the information i have searched on the interent seems to conclude that I should lose weight and inchges around my spare tyre!
