I had a very stressful day yesterday and didn't eat a lot. my husband was arrested for domestic violence against myself. It's been happening for years but yesterday he attached me hard and fast. I was quick enough to get away and barricade myself in the bedroom and call 999. I'm determined not to have him back enough is enough. It's just me and my 4yr old son now xx

so I think my first week on slim sip worked losing a brilliant 4lbs. This week I'm trying something slightly different.
I find it very different having a slim sip drink before breakfast so om going to have that one before my evening snacks instead that way I won't over eat in the evening. I'll see what happens and If it works on the scales on sat.

I don't how people do it. I seem to be permanently on a diet and I never seem to get a thinner. I start off so well and then after a couple of weeks I lose momentum. How do people keep it up and hit their goal weight?

As of tomorrow I am trying slim sip. I was doing really well but I got complacent again and started snacking in the wrong foods and my portions have increased and all in less than 2 weeks. It's amazing how it takes so long to come off and it can go back on very quickly. I'm hoping the slim sip will help curb my appetite and the need for snacking. I have read good reviews about it and have got a months supply so will see how it goes
