I had a bad week last week. Came down with a terrible head cold so diet and exercise went out of the window. didn't have the energy to exercise and was just eating what I want when I wanted it. albeit I have gained 4lbs. struggling to get back on the diet so far this week although the exercising is good my eating is being counter productive.
I am going to try harder to sort my brain out lol good luck to me lol and hopefully have a little wait loss for Saturday

I tried a trial day on the 5 2 diet and god I felt ill. I had a massive headache I was really tired and grouchy. limiting my calories by that much is not good for me. I was amazed after one day I felt so different. never again I'll stick to my calorie control of 1200 calorie and exercising thanks.

I have a bad week this week. I've not felt like exercising and I have not been keeping within my calorie intake. big oops. I'm doing to try intermittent fasting next week like the 5 2 diet and ill see how I get on.

I feel really fat sluggish and bloated today . I treated myself to a little amount of chocolate last night. and it was a little amount considering what I used to eat. I did enjoy it but a while afterwards I had a belly ache and I feel rough today. Note to self no more chocolate as a treat. I'll stick to my chocolate fix yoghurt and fruit instead!
