I've tried to be careful today, but I clearly need to go back and reread my atkins book. I feel like all ive eaten today is fruit and veg and yet my net carbs are still way over. However I would rather being eating food with natural sugar in than junk food! I'm pleased with my calorie intake though, and the exercise that i've built up being at work today. I realllllyyy wanted to do another workout but my back is so stiff, I should have stretched yesterday first, I'm paying the price today! As soon as it loosens I'll be back on it though, and more careful this time :-)
