Today I created a challenge on fat secret called 'Xbox Kinect Bikini Challenge' to encourage myself and other people to get up and get moving in the comfort of our own homes!

I feel so proud of myself today for doing my best on my diet, although my net carbs and still a little high, I now know exactly where they are coming from. I'm also going to have to think seriously about what I'm going to do about sugar intake, I've drastically reduced the amount of coffee I drink in a day, but that sugar content is still dragging me down... Sweetener doesnt seem to be an option (I hate it!!) going to need to slowly ween myself off of it completely I think.

I feel great after doing that exercise, so glad I did it and now my net intake is -2087 for today... which is fantastic!! I must use this feeling to keep going, and do this everyday :d
