A quick internet check about palm oil will reveal that it is 50% saturated, 39% monounsaturated and 11% polyunsaturated (assuming that Jif did not partially hydrogenate the the palm oil. If they did, by FDA rules, as long as they have less than 0.5 grams of partially hydrogenated oil (trans fat) in a serving, they do not have to declare it).
