Hallelujah!!! We got our taxes done without choking each other. But there was a price that we paid. It took us most of the day to get them done and we celebrated by going out to dinner to a BBQ rib joint. I ate "Poorly" at 114% of goal and did not meet my activity goals. Today is an opportunity to do better...
70.8 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
