After eating under goal for 6 days in a row, I finally made back into the "Blue" zone and my body fat percentage is a little lower today. I have been trying to track my body fat percentage a little closer since the first of the year. I only made it to the gym one day last week due to a busy schedule. I hope to do better this week. I ate under goal yesterday and met all activity goals.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
