Starting today I am committed to "liquid fasting" three days a week. It makes you feel full. So I can "fast" without feeling hungry. After the first day I am simply-not-hungry until I eat solid food (so I put off eating anything solid for as long as I feel it is healthy to do so). I take in 300-600 calories a day. I also drink "LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth Powder" but it does not taste so great so I mix in "LonoLife Master Cleanse (Lemonade Diet)" with it and it "cuts" the taste with its strong cayenne pepper and then it is quite pleasant. I feel better during this time than I do on the days I am eating solid food.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
